Lower Manhattan Cultural Council (LMCC) will present the 13th Annual festival. Come out to River to River to enjoy dance, music, visual art, and new media projects in public parks, in historic landmarks, on Governors Island, and along the waterfront. The festival goes from June 19-29, with 11 days, 35 projects, and 90+ artists. As an annual arts festival since 2002, River To River has become a cornerstone of Lower Manhattan culture, providing an intense and rewarding way to experience the waterfronts, parks, plazas, hotels, historic landmarks, temporarily vacant office spaces, and other sites downtown. As the lead producer since 2011, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council (LMCC) has transformed the festival schedule and content in response to the changing landscape downtown and in order to better serve the River To River audience. All events are free, some require RSVPs.
