The City requires an annual boiler inspection report before the end of each calendar year for buildings occupied by 6 or more families or located in commercial or mixed-use buildings. An annual report must also be filed for all boilers over 350,000 BTU.
The City requires boiler owners to renew their registration or certificate to operate every three years. You must submit paperwork 90 days prior to the expiration date.
Owners may satisfy these two requirements by filing jointly at one location, on one form, and submitting one check or money order for the combined fees.
