Electronic Cigarettes Law

The City Council approved legislation to include electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) in the Smoke-Free Air Act.

The law took effect on April 29, 2014.

No one is allowed to use an e-cigarette in places where smoking is prohibited, including bars, restaurants, offices, parks, and beaches.

As of May 18, 2014, retailers are no longer allowed to sell tobacco products and electronic cigarettes to anyone under 21.
