The City maintains transcripts of the proceedings of the City Council. These transcripts are available to the public for a fee.
You can purchase an electronic version of any transcript for a fee of $20. To purchase a printed record of a transcript, the fee is $1 per page. Transcript fees can be paid by credit card or through a money order made payable to the City Clerk.
You can get a transcript by visiting or writing a letter to the Manhattan City Clerk's office at 141 Worth Street, New York, NY 10013.
In your request, include the month, day, and year of the stated meeting or committee hearing, as well as the name of the committee.
