Special Sale Complaint
You can make a complaint about businesses that advertise a going out of business or any other sale involving a store closing.
Stores can hold going out of business sales for a maximum of 90 days. The closing of a store may be advertised 30 days prior to closing. The sale must take place at the location that is being closed.
