You can report that a street sweeper did not meet a posted schedule or did not clean a street properly. Complaints are accepted only after posted Alternate Side Parking (ASP) rules have expired for that day.
Reports of parked cars blocking street sweeping operations during posted times are also accepted.
Only complaints about streets with posted ASP regulations are accepted and you must provide the posted days and times. The City responds to this type of report within 1 to 2 business days.
