The City accepts complaints about television cable companies, including problems with:

  • Disconnections
  • Billing mischarges
  • Refund requests
  • Missed appointments
  • Reception
  • Convertors
  • Cable modems
  • Remote controls

The City investigates when the customer and cable company fail to resolve the issue directly.

Customers who have already contacted the Cable Consumer Service Department by mail about a general problem or opened up a Service Request about a reception problem may check on the status of their complaint.
