Exchange, Refund, or Return Complaint

The City accepts reports of businesses that refuse to honor exchanges, refunds, or returns.

Businesses must post their policies for exchanges, refunds, and returns. The City accepts reports of businesses that do not post their policies.

Businesses must give refunds on unused, undamaged goods within 20 days of purchase, unless a sign limiting the refund policy is posted.

The City does not accept complaints about employee behavior or rudeness.
