Living in Communities (LINC) is a limited rental assistance program for low-income families and single adults living in homeless or domestic violence shelters. Priority will be given to households that have lived in shelters the longest.
The general public and shelter residents cannot apply to this rent subsidy program.
People who are eligible will be referred to the program by the Department of Homeless Services.
Shelter residents can contact their shelter's housing specialist or case manager with any questions.

If you are a landlord or broker, you can submit an apartment available for rent to the LINC Program.
Renewal for LINC clients is done once a year through the mail. Renewal forms are mailed out approximately four months prior to the end of the lease.
