The Human Project

The Human Project is a research initiative led by New York University (NYU) that will collect the data of 10,000 New Yorkers from diverse backgrounds and communities over 20 years. The data will allow scientists to learn about the behavior, health, environment, and challenges of New York City residents so they can develop solutions for a better, longer life.

From November 13th to December 22nd between 9 AM and 6 PM, NYU staff will be knocking on doors of randomly selected households in Greenpoint, Bedford Stuyvesant, and Sunset Park to invite them to participate in a brief survey about the project.

Staff will be wearing Human Project-branded clothing and show NYU IDs.
