Reporting Violations of the Identifying Law

If you suspect that identifying information about you or your family has been released by the Administration for Children's Services in violation of the NYC Identifying Information Law (NYC Admin. Code § 23-1202), you can report such violations to the Agency Privacy Officer via at acsprivacyofficer@acs.nyc.gov or by mail to NYC Administration for Children's Services, Attention: Agency Privacy Officer, 150 William Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10038.

ACS accepts service in person and through email service. Please scan and email subpoenas to serveacs@acs.nyc.gov. Receipt will be acknowledged via email. Service of process on individuals should continue to proceed in a manner required by applicable law.
