Open Data

Every time a New Yorker calls 311, registers for a construction permit, or sees their streets cleaned, they are seeing the creation of public data. Because of the NYC Open Data Law, City agencies must publish this data on the NYC Open Data Portal by the end of 2018. The Mayor’s Office of Data Analytics works with the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications to implement the de Blasio administration’s Open Data for All vision.
