The Commission vigorously enforces and educates on the protections for LGBTQ New Yorkers in employment, housing and public accommodations as well as against discriminatory harassment and bias-based profiling by law enforcement under the City Human Rights Law. We fight every day to ensure that people can be themselves, free from discrimination and harassment.
