Health Fairs

A health fair is a community sponsored, public event where one or more health vendors promote and provide free goods and services to the community. Health fairs are limited to one block and one day, and cannot involve fundraising or the sale of goods or services. When hosting a health fair, keep in mind the following:

  • Applications must be submitted 30 days prior to the event
  • Nonprofit applicants must provide nonprofit status documentation with their application
  • Events are limited to the use of one block
  • Events can only occur on one day for 12 hours
  • Rain dates are not permitted
  • You cannot fundraise or charge vendors a fee to participate
  • You may not sell food or other goods and service
