Request for Information from the Public

Income volatility refers to a month-to-month change in income of 25 percent or more. This change may stem from an income loss or an income gain. DCA issued a request for information (RFI) from the public about the impacts that income volatility has on New York City workers, consumers, and businesses and how the regulatory framework, policy landscape, and financial services market might evolve to support the needs of New Yorkers experiencing income volatility. Download the RFI (in PDF).

The comment period is open from January 11, 2018 to March 11, 2018. Please complete form below to submit your comments online. If you prefer to submit comments by mail, fax, or email, please refer to the RFI.
