To submit a design proposal, please review the Submission Requirements, noting that each submission must be coordinated with a City agency liaison, and all submission materials must be delivered **no later than 12:00 PM** on the submission due date to the Mail Room at the Manhattan Municipal Building, 1 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007.
