The Public Design Commission meets once a month. Meetings are held on the third floor of City Hall, unless otherwise indicated. Committee meetings are generally held first in the morning, followed by the public meeting.
The meeting agendas are posted online three business days in advance of each meeting (see calendar below) and published in the City Record. Agendas are also distributed to all City Council members, Community Boards, and City agency liaisons.
Members of the public who plan to attend meetings are encouraged to arrive at least 45 minutes in advance of the estimated time, as all times are approximate and subject to change.
