Interagency MOUs

Local Law 40 of 2011 requires agencies to post certain memoranda of understanding and similar agreements (“MOUs”) entered into among governmental agencies. MOUs and similar agreements may be viewed below.

July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 (PDF): Intra-City Agreement Between DOHMH and HRA whereby HRA has agreed to send automated telephone calls about COVID-19 to New York City residents in targeted neighborhoods on behalf of DOHMH through its telecommunications contracts.

July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 (PDF): Agreement between DOHMH and NYC H+H to promote healthy pregnancies and early childhood development through prenatal care and pediatric primary care, with a focus on promoting the health of pregnant women, and development of children from birth to age 5.

July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 (PDF): Agreement between DOHMH and CUNY to implement and maintain an Early Care and Educational Professional Development Institute (PDI) for the purpose of improving the care of children by licensed childcare providers in NYC.

July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 (PDF): Intra-City Agreement between DOHMH and DOI for the purposes of fingerprinting childcare workers.

July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 (PDF): Intra-City Agreement between DOHMH and DOE to improve the health of school age children through physical fitness.

December 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 (PDF): Intra-City Agreement between DOHMH and NYC H+H for Test and Trace CBO Engagement Grant program geared toward COVID-19 testing, prevention and public health messaging.

July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 (PDF): Intra-City Agreement between DOHMH and NYC H+H to support the services of patient navigators to provide care coordination services for Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C infected patients including navigation through full diagnostic testing and medical care.

July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 (PDF): Intra-City Agreement between DOHMH and NYC H+H — Child Health and wellness initiative supports child health and wellness through various programs and services, including obesity prevention, nutrition education programs, oral health services, asthma screening and education.

July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023 (PDF): Intra-City agreement between DOHMH and DOE for the Agency Nurse Tracking (ANT) System. DOHMH OSH/DOE joint program for nursing services, which includes long and short term nursing coverage for after school programs, special events (trips) and transportation services.

July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022 (PDF): between DOHMH and NYC H+H whereby H+H will use its diabetes peer support program to engage patients in NYC neighborhoods with high rates of diabetes.

December 16, 2020 to December 15, 2021 (PDF): Agreement between DOHMH and NYC H+H aimed at identifying, developing, and applying innovative solutions for communicating with international travelers on COVID-19 Safety Guidelines.

July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023 (PDF): Inter-City Agreement between DOHMH and NYC Department of Finance (Office of The Sheriff) pertaining to DOHMH’s obligations under Section 9.60 of the Mental Hygiene Law.

July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2025 (PDF): Agreement between DOHMH and DHS to provide outreach services to individuals who are unsheltered and homeless throughout the five boroughs and within the New York City Subway System with the goal of promoting reintegration into meaningful community life.

December 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022 (PDF): Agreement between DOHMH and HRA to implement a mobile vaccination model reaching approximately 250 domestic violence shelters and HASA emergency/transitional and other congregate housing locations per month.

July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022 (PDF): Agreement between DOHMH and DEP to maintain a response protocol for chemical as well as other hazardous materials emergencies.

December 20, 2020 to June 30, 2022 (PDF): Agreement between DOHMH and DoITT to maintain a toll-free phone number to provide 24/7 access to New Yorkers or their healthcare provider to schedule COVID-19 vaccination appointments for those who may not be able to sign up online.
