Who do you tell and how do you tell them?
Call CNAP at (212) 693-1419 for assistance.

The Contact Notification Assistance Program (CNAP) provides information on HIV partner notification to the general public including medical and social service providers and HIV+ individuals. CNAP staff will conduct third-party notifications at the request of HIV+ individuals and/or their service providers.

Partner notification workshops can also be scheduled for medical and social service facility staff working with HIV+ individuals.
