The Nursing Home Emergency Management Project (NHEMP) is a grant funded pilot initiative which aims to strengthen the resilience of Nursing Homes in NYC. DOHMH is working with the Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC) to develop resources to improve Nursing Home preparedness.
