The Fleet Program helps businesses manage their parking tickets by providing participants with web-based reporting of outstanding tickets and the ability to create bills and request hearings online. If your business has one or more commercial vehicles registered or leased under the business’ name and address you can enroll. There is no fee to participate in the program.
Participating in the Fleet Program allows you to:
There is no penalty for tickets for a period of 60 days. Unresolved tickets will accrue the first penalty of $10 after this initial 60 day period. The second penalty of $20 will accrue 30 days after the first penalty and the third penalty of $30 will accrue 45 days after the second penalty. If you do not resolve outstanding tickets after 135 days, a default judgment will be entered. Interest will then be charged and the judgment may be enforced by booting, towing, non-renewal of registration, and/or property seizure. If your company accrues more than $350 in judgment debt, it will be removed from the program.
Sign the enrollment agreement and complete the enrollment application to enroll your business and vehicles registered or leased in the business’ name and address. Upon receipt of this application, we will send you a bill listing your summonses. You will then have 30 days to resolve these summonses by: (1) paying all summonses you choose not to contest, and/or (2) scheduling hearings for summonses you choose to contest (if eligible), and paying any of those found guilty. You must provide copies of DMV registrations of ALL plates being enrolled.
A lease rider is required if the plate(s) being enrolled are leased, and registered to a different owner name.
Companies that enroll in the Fleet program may sign up for the Fleet/Rental Online portal to easily manage the company’s account. As a participant in the online portal you may:
