Alert: Incorrectly Issued Parking Tickets The Department of Finance has dismissed parking tickets that were incorrectly issued between April and August of 2017. The tickets, for failure to display a parking meter receipt or displaying an expired receipt, contained an error and have been dismissed. If you received a letter and have not yet paid your ticket, you are not required to do so. If you have paid your ticket and do not have other outstanding tickets in judgment, we have mailed you a check. If you have outstanding parking tickets in judgment, your refund has been credited to the amount you owe, and you did not receive a check unless your refund exceeded the amount in judgment. If you have not received a letter, your ticket has not been dismissed.
Alert: Failed Parking Ticket Payments Due to a technical issue, many parking ticket and camera violation payments made through our website on Sunday, September 17, and Monday, September 18, could not be successfully processed, even though payment receipts were issued. If you attempted to make a payment on either of those days, your original balance may still be outstanding. If your payment was not successfully processed, you will need to pay your fine. We apologize for the inconvenience.
