The Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City's Board of Directors meets quarterly. Notice of any meeting scheduled a week in advance is given at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. Notice of all other meetings is given a reasonable time prior, to the extent possible. Meeting notices are posted in the City Record.
All meeting agendas are posted at least one week in advance. All meetings minutes are posted within two weeks of the meeting and are marked “Preliminary” until Board approval.
