Deputy Commissioner: Eva Trimble
The Office of Financial Management & Tenant Resources provides a central place in the agency for support and consultation on financial issues, and is comprised of the following Divisions:
- Budget Division develops and negotiates the agency's expense, revenue and capital budgets. The division determines how to allocate these resources throughout the agency based on a review and understanding of the agency’s operational needs. Budget also provides critical financial data to agency senior staff in order to inform decision making and program development.
- Fiscal Division administers the agency's accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Tenant Resources Division administers rental assistance programs including Section 8, Shelter Plus Care, and Moderate Rehabilitation.
