ANCP, TPT-TP & Special Projects RFQ

HPD’s Division of Property Disposition and Finance is seeking qualified not-for-profit and for-profit organizations to participate in the rehabilitation and management of multifamily residential properties through HPD’s Affordable Neighborhood Cooperative Program (ANCP), Third Party Transfer – Tenant Petition (TPT-TP) Cooperatives, and other Special Projects. HPD invites qualified individuals and organizations to submit descriptions of their qualifications to rehabilitate and create affordable cooperatives through these programs.


Owner's Representative RFQ

HPD is seeking to partner with not-for-profit, faith-based organizations, and private owners who have developable land and an interest in providing affordable housing, but who may not have previous real estate development experience. An initial Pre-Qualified List (PQL) was published in October 2016 as a result of the RFQ.
