The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) is inviting developers to submit proposals for a new construction project in Hunters Point South.
The Project is the second RFP released for the Hunter’s Point South Project Area, which represents an integral part of the Mayor’s New Housing Marketplace Plan. The proposed Project serves the Plan’s critical goals of creating needed housing opportunities, maximizing affordability, and in turn, enhancing the City’s community revitalization efforts.
Interested parties that choose to download the RFP using the link below must register. Only those registered will receive any updates or additional communications regarding the RFP. The RFP contains a detailed description of the development program, requirements, guidelines, eligibility requirements, selection process, and submission requirements.
A pre-submission conference will be held at HPD, 100 Gold Street, 1R, New York, NY on June 3, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Interested organizations are strongly encouraged to attend the conference.
