Human Services Contracts

HPD contracts with not-for-profit community-based social services providers to meet a variety of needs of local communities to include affordable housing, Lead Hazard Reduction, property management, family shelters, and contracts in support of the agency’s Housing Choice, Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS), and Moving On programs.

HPD is also an active partner in the City’s Nonprofit Resiliency Committee (NRC). Formed in 2016, the NRC gives the health and human service nonprofit community a direct voice in influencing the City of New York’s business practices, policies, and technology solutions, from the RFP development process to timely contract registration.

To respond to Health and Human Services Solicitations

Health and Human Services (HHS) Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are released through PASSPort. Providers should always check the PASSPort Procurement Navigator to maintain awareness of all upcoming HHS RFPs.
Filter by: Agency = “Department of Housing Preservation and Development”

To respond to HHS RFPs in PASSPort, providers must:
