Employment Services

HRA's Employment Services help meet the needs of cash assistance clients. We work closely with participants and employers to achieve worker success, improve on-the-job performance, and focus on reducing turnover by increasing the economic mobility of workers. If you are not a cash assistance client, please visit Workforce1 for employment assistance.

Employment Services helps cash assistance clients with:

  • Job search support
  • Training
  • Resume writing
  • Literacy

Current programs:

  • Back to Work: Community-based employment and training organizations that provide job readiness training, placement services, and vocational training to applicants and recipients of cash assistance.

  • TAG (Training Assessment Group): Educational and financial counseling and services for HRA clients who express interest in training/education and/or are currently enrolled in training/education programs allowed by HRA.
