Submit Public Hearing/Meeting Comments

Please fill out the form below to submit digital Public Hearing testimony and Public Meeting comments. You may use the space provided or attach your written statement. Digital testimony and comments must be submitted by 4:00 PM on the Monday before the Public Hearing or Public Meeting. However, written testimony (mail or delivered in-person) is accepted from the time the application is filed until the public hearing for the application is closed. Any written testimony or comments should include the address and Docket/LP number of the subject item. This information can be found on the Public Hearing agenda. Presentation materials for each agenda item are available online at 5:00 PM on the Thursday prior to the Public Hearing or Meeting.
