Take the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) south to the 155th Street exit. Make a left onto Macombs Road and then a right onto E. 161st Street. Proceed five blocks to Sheridan Avenue. From the West, New Jersey
Take the George Washington Bridge (I-95) to the Major Deegan Expressway, south (I-87) to the 155th Street exit. Make a left onto Macombs Road and then a right onto E. 161st Street. Proceed five blocks to Sheridan Avenue. The Bronx Property Clerk is located in the sub-basement of the Criminal Court Building at the intersection of Sheridan Avenue & East 161st Street.

From the East, Queens and Long Island
Take the Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95) to the Major Deegan Expressway South (I-87) to the 155th Street exit. Make a left onto Macombs Road and then a right onto E. 161st Street. From the South
Take the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) north to the 155th Street exit. Make a right onto East 157th Street. Make a left onto Ruppert Place and then a right onto E. 161st Street. Proceed five blocks to Sheridan Avenue. The Bronx Property Clerk is located in the sub-basement of the Criminal Court Building at the intersection of Sheridan Avenue & East 161st Street.

By Public Transportation
Subway: B/D/4 to Yankee Stadium Station. Walk five blocks east on East 161st Street to the Criminal Court Building at the intersection of Sheridan Avenue & East 161st Street. Bus: Bx1/Bx6 to East 161st Street & Grand Concourse. Walk two blocks east to the intersection of East 161st Street & Sheridan Avenue or the Bx13 bus to Yankee Stadium. Walk five blocks east on East 161st Street to the Criminal Court Building at the intersection of Sheridan Avenue & East 161st Street.

Take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (west) to Cadman Plaza West (Exit 28) towards Brooklyn Bridge. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for Old Fulton Street. At Old Fulton Street turn right onto Front Street. The Brooklyn Property Clerk is located under the Brooklyn Bridge.

From the South, Brooklyn, Staten Island
Take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (east) to Atlantic Avenue (Exit 27). Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Columbia Street. Turn left onto Atlantic Avenue, turn right onto Furman Street. From Furman Street turn right onto Old Fulton Street. Turn left onto Front Street. The Brooklyn Property Clerk is located under the Brooklyn Bridge.

From Manhattan
Take FDR Drive (south) to Brooklyn Bridge (Exit 2). Take the exit toward Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Merge onto Cadman Plaza West. Take Cadman Plaza West to Old Fulton Street. Turn right onto Front Street. The Brooklyn Property Clerk is located under the Brooklyn Bridge.

By Public Transportation
Subway: A/C to High Street. Exit by the Cadman Plaza West stairwell towards Cadman Plaza West. Walk on Cadman Plaza West towards Old Fulton Street and turn right onto Front Street. Bus: B25 to Front Street and York Street. The Property Clerk office is directly across the street from the bus stop.

From Upper Manhattan, Bronx, Westchester
Take the FDR Drive (south) to the Brooklyn Bridge/Civic Center Exit. Follow the signs to Civic Center. At the end of the ramp, proceed one block past traffic light to Madison Street. Police Headquarters is on the northeast corner of this intersection (Avenue of the Finest & Madison Street).

From Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island
Take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway to the Brooklyn Bridge. Get off at the first exit for Park Row North. Proceed one block to the first traffic light (under the tunnel) and make a right onto Pearl Street. Police Headquarters is on your right.

By Public Transportation (recommended due to limited parking in the area of Police Headquarters)

Subway: 4/5/6 to Brooklyn Bridge/City Hall, J/M/Z to Chambers Street, R to City Hall, or 2/3 to Park Place. From the Municipal Building (1 Centre Street), walk east across the plaza to Police Headquarters. Bus: M15 bus to St. James Place & Pearl Street. Walk one block north to Police Headquarters.

Take the upper level of the Edward I. Koch/59th Street Bridge to Thompson Avenue. Make a left onto Thompson Avenue. Go four blocks and make a left onto Skillman Avenue. Proceed five blocks and make a left at Austell Place. The Queens Property Clerk is the first door on the right.

From Eastern Queens, Long Island
Take the Long Island Expressway (west) to the Van Dam Street exit. Make a right onto Van Dam Street, and proceed three blocks to 47th Avenue. Make a left onto 47th Avenue and go eight blocks to Skillman Avenue. Take a left onto Austell Place. The Queens Property Clerk is the first door on the right.

From Brooklyn, Staten Island
Take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (east) to the Long Island Expressway (west) to the Van Dam Street exit. Make a right onto Van Dam Street, and proceed three blocks to 47th Avenue. Make a left onto 47th Avenue and go eight blocks to a left on Skillman Avenue. Proceed one block on Skillman Avenue to a left on Austell Place. The Queens Property Clerk is the first door on the right.

Take the Verazano Narrows Bridge (Lower level) to the first exit after the toll plaza (Stay far right at toll plaza) (Bay Street). At the first traffic light make a left onto Bay Street. Proceed approximately one mile to Willow Avenue. Make a right onto Willow Avenue and proceed one block to the entrance of Edgewater Plaza. The Staten Island Property Clerk is located on the 5th floor of 1 Edgewater Plaza, the large white building on the corner of Edgewater Street and Willow Avenue.

From the West, New Jersey, and Staten Island
Take the Staten Island Expressway to the Lily Pond Avenue exit. Make a left at the traffic light onto Lily Pond Avenue/School Road. At the first traffic light make a left onto Bay Street. Proceed for approximately one mile to a right on to Willow Avenue and go one block to the entrance. The Staten Island Property Clerk is located on the 5th floor of 1 Edgewater Plaza.

By Public Transportation
From Manhattan
Ferry/Train: Staten Island Ferry to the Staten Island Rapid Transit. Take the Staten Island Rapid Transit to the Clifton Avenue station (3rd stop). Walk one block south to a left on Willow Avenue. Walk one block to Edgewater Plaza.

From South Shore of Staten Island
Train: Staten Island Rapid Transit to the Clifton Avenue station. Walk one block south to a left on Willow Avenue. Walk one block to Edgewater Plaza. Bus: S51 (Bay Street Line) to Willow Avenue. Walk one block East on Willow Avenue to Edgewater Plaza.
