Case Status

The OATH Hearings Case Status data set contains information about alleged public safety and quality of life summonses that are heard at the OATH Hearings Division. You can search for information about one specific summons or do a broader search or query. Information you can find includes the infraction charged, the summons-issuing agency, the current status of the case, the outcome of the hearing, and penalties relating to the case.

OATH's Summons Finder lets you easily search for specific information about a summons. Search by name, address, or summons number; find information about the OATH hearing; download a copy of the summons; or see how much may be owed. You can search for a summons, see a copy of the summons, find your OATH hearing date and hearing results, and make payments. You can search for this information by name, address or the summons number. *Note* Summonses issued to for hire vehicles or restaurants, and summonses issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs are not currently available using the Summons Finder.

Please read the disclaimer on the calendar and note that the calendar will not be updated if cases are rescheduled after the calendar has been posted.
