Jerome Avenue - Draft Environmental Impact Statement

On August 18, 2017, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a PDF Document Notice of Completion for a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Jerome Avenue Rezoning proposal.

A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at 10:00 am at Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, New York, New York, in Manhattan, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. Written comments on the DEIS are requested and will be received and considered by the Lead Agency until December 11, 2017, the 10th calendar day following the close of the public hearing.
