M1 Hotel Text Amendment - Final Environmental Impact Statement

On October 5, 2018, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a PDF Document Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the M1 Hotel Text Amendment Proposal.

A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at 10:00 AM in the City Planning Commission Public Hearing Room, located in Lower Concourse at 120 Broadway, New York, New York 10271, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission's citywide public hearing pursuant to Section 200 of the City Charter. The public hearing also considered a modification to the zoning text amendment (ULURP No. N 180349(A) ZRY). Written comments on the DEIS were requested and accepted through Monday, August 6, 2018. The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and updated analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
