On September 1, 2017, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Riverside Galleria proposal.
A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at 10:00 am in Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, New York, New York, in Manhattan, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. Written comments on the DEIS are requested and will be received and considered by the Lead Agency until December 26, 2017 the 10th calendar day following the close of the public hearing.
