DRIE Ombudsperson
The Department of Finance now has a DRIE Ombudsperson whose job is to help identify and resolve issues with your application or benefits. The ombudsperson is here to help after you have completed the application process.

  • Have you filled out and submitted an application for DRIE?
  • Have you gotten a letter back from the Department of Finance about your application telling you that your application is approved, denied or revoked? 
  • Does the letter have information about contacting the ombudsperson?
If you answer yes to all of these questions, it is a good time to reach out to the ombudsperson.
