The Stage NYC training program prepares individuals to work as entry-level line cooks. This three-month training program is designed to meet the growing demand for qualified kitchen employees in New York City's restaurants while also increasing access for young adults looking to start their careers in the culinary arts. Participants will gain the technical skills, industry exposure and on-the-job training experience necessary to launch and grow rewarding careers as line cooks in the hospitality industry.
