Participants Needed for Energy Code Advisory Committee
The Department of Buildings is currently accepting applications for our 2015 Energy Code
Advisory Committee. Application period ends July 6th.
Upcoming Change to Additional Exit Stairway Applications
Effective July 1st,
there are new requirements for all new non-residential buildings
greater than 420 feet in height or any mixed-use building that
contains non-residential uses above 420 feet in height.
Searchable Licensee Database
On June 1st the Department launched a comprehensive
directory of all construction professionals monitored by the Department. Anyone can search records which reveal disciplinary actions against a
licensee or if a license was voluntarily surrendered.
