DOB Releases New Real-Time Major Construction Map

Earlier this month, DOB published a new, real-time interactive map of all major construction projects in the city, showing almost 200 million square feet - over 7 square miles - of new square footage currently under construction in New York City.

This "Construction on Your Block" map allows the public to easily find the latest information, in granular detail, about new building and major alteration projects in their neighborhoods.

This map is the latest analytics tool created by the Department that leverages data to better inform the New Yorkers about the city's built environment.
