The Deliver phase of Appreciative Inquiry is not so much an end but a place to start to summarize, evaluate and continue the process of Appreciative Inquiry to improve. Have you ever wondered how to build a career that aligns with your personal values? Today, you will re-visit your values and attempt to align your principles to the skills required for your dream job. Don’t forget that some jobs might ask you to make compromises and you will need to build the skills to weigh decisions that will come up for you and your career.

Get ready to present about your project. Consider who is receiving the message and what kind of experience you want them to have.

Choose the presentation you think will best describe what you and your team have accomplished and in your Workbook describe why.
