ACCESS NYC Upgrade Coming Soon

In early 2015, the ACCESS NYC website will re-launch with a new look and features, including the ability to recertify online for SNAP (Food Stamps). The upgraded ACCESS NYC will be even easier to use to find and apply for benefits. View the announcement on the ACCESS NYC website in:

New Version, New Accounts

Note, users will not be able to log in to their old account after ACCESS NYC is upgraded, so individuals with accounts are advised before February 2015 to:

  1. log in to complete any in-progress online applications they wish to submit, and
  2. print and/or save copies of results of benefits screenings and online applications they already submitted via ACCESS NYC.

Users will create a new account on the upgraded version of ACCESS NYC. Retirement of the old ACCESS NYC accounts has no impact on users' benefits eligibility.
