 Special Edition: Municipal Library Notes, January 17, 2018

Expanded Hours at DORIS

Beginning January 20, 2018, the New York City Department of Records and Information Services will be open on Saturdays from 9:30-12:30. Collections such as family history, government publications, mayoral materials and others will be available to the researcher.




Municipal Library Book Group

Please join us on the first Wednesday of each month for the Municipal Library Book Group at 31 Chambers Street, Room 112 from 1-2. Be prepared for a stimulating and interesting discussion on titles concerning New York City history and life.

Unlikely Historians Exhibit

The New York City Department of Records and Information Services is still featuring the “Unlikely Historians” exhibit through March 30, 2018. Location is the 1st floor gallery, Room 109 at 31 Chambers Street. Beginning January 20, the exhibit will be open Saturdays, 9:30-12:30.
