Welcome to e-Lobbyist. This application is for Lobbyists and Clients to submit filings online. Before a Lobbyist or Client can log in, each must first create an account using NYC’s Centralized User Account system. After an account is created Lobbyists and Clients can enroll their entity in e-Lobbyist, file Statements of Registration and other required reports. To enroll, see the Business Enrollment section of the user guide. If you have already created your account, use your email address and password to log in. Please be sure to properly log out of e-Lobbyist to avoid locking out other authorized users for the entity.
