NYC DOT Announces Exit Closure on Northbound Harlem River Drive for Reconstruction

The New York City Department of Transportation (DOT) is announcing an exit closure along the northbound portion of the Harlem River Drive in Manhattan at East 125^thStreet/Exit 19. This closure is scheduled to begin at approximately 10:00 A.M. on Monday, February 23, 2015 and will remain closed through 2017 for reconstruction of the Harlem River Viaduct.
