The New York City Department of Transportation Begins Next Stage of the Rehabilitiation of Seven Bridges on the Belt Parkway

The NYC DOT’s Division of Bridges will shift the three westbound lanes of the Belt Parkway and Mill Basin Bridge

As a part of the Rehabilitation of Seven Bridges on the Belt Parkway project, The New York City Department of Transportation will shift the three westbound lanes of the Belt Parkway between Flatbush Avenue and the existing Mill Basin Bridge onto the eastbound roadway of the new Mill Basin Bridge. The traffic shift will take place on Wednesday, August 30th at 10:00pm. The three lanes of the eastbound roadway will remain on the existing structure. Motorists are advised to plan ahead in order to avoid traffic.
