| Greener, Greater Buildings Plan Digests The Mayor's Office of Sustainability (MOS) periodically compiles "Greener Greater Buildings Plan Digests," which contain quick reminders and advisories regarding the four local laws of the Greener, Greater Buildings Plan. Previous editions are available on General GGBP Outreach & Training. | ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) free online benchmarking tool is called ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. It is used to log energy and water use and to submit a compliance report to the City to comply with Local Law 84.
