HHC Options is our affordable payment plan to help individuals and families who have no other health insurance options and provides you access to primary care doctors and specialists. We want to help you take control of your health and well-being.
Affordable Healthcare Services
If you are not eligible for public insurance, and if you cannot purchase health insurance through the New York health exchanges, we reduce your fee to an affordable amount, based on the size of your family and your annual income. For example, if you have a family of four with an annual income between $59,626 and $71,550, your child can see a doctor at one of our hospitals or clinics for only $15 per visit. At HHC, all information related to a patient's immigration status is kept strictly confidential.
