"The Appellate Court found that the City acted appropriately in all respects in suspending New York Apple Tour's license after giving them a due process hearing. Effective tomorrow morning their license is suspended officially. I'm gratified by this vindication of the City's push to protect lives and property in New York. After all, it was just last May that an improperly licensed New York Apple Tours bus driver hit and killed a pedestrian."
