MAYOR GIULIANI RELEASED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT REGARDING DEVELOPMENTS IN THE NORTHERN IRELAND PEACE PROCESS
"All New Yorkers welcome today's vote which breathes new life into the Northern Ireland peace process. Hopefully, this will lead to the formation of a power sharing government that will include all parties and all communities. We are grateful to George Mitchell for all of the work he's done to keep the peace process moving."
