Public Event Seating Complaint

You can make a complaint about ticket sellers that do not provide seating information for an event.

Consumer protection laws require people selling seats for sporting or entertainment events to post a seating diagram or a sign stating a diagram is available. Tickets for obstructed-view seats must include this information on the ticket. People selling tickets by phone must disclose the number of seating levels at the venue, and seating level of the ticket for sale.
