New York City’s Graffiti-Free NYC program offers free graffiti removal services and supplies to commercial, industrial, and residential buildings in all five boroughs. Graffiti-Free NYC works as a cooperative effort between the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC,) the Mayor’s Office of Community Affairs, and the Department of Sanitation. Since the program's inception, more than 170 million square feet of surface area have been cleaned of graffiti throughout the five boroughs. Individuals and business owners can request Graffiti-Free NYC Services by contacting 311 and requesting graffiti removal.
